We stayed at the Chalet room with two children (3 years old and 10 months old), and the room was spacious and very well equipped. The carpet was a little bit dirty, but all the other facilities were great. My daughter really enjoyed the bunker bed, and the linens and towels were clean. And this hotel has laundry service at a reasonable price, and it was really good for us, because we were travelling for a long period. It was quite difficult to find a coin laundry during our travel. The location was okay, while we stayed there we went to Isle of Skye, Fort Augustus and Inverness. And nearby Commando memorial is an excellent spot to take a picture of Ben Nevis, even though we couldn't see the peak due to thick cloud. Overall, it was more than I expected, and I think this hotel is really good for the family especially with younger children.
The chalet I stayed didn't have bath tub, only shower so it was quite tricky to bathe my younger child.
